The cost to repair my windows was a fraction of the cost of replacing them, and now they're like brand new!   • Outstanding job. I had glass replaced, new weatherstripping added to all windows and some other window repairs. The office staff was excellent, the estimate was received within 48 hours of the visit. Office staff was always courteous and professional. The installation crew was meticulous, very organized, respectful of my home and very polite. I am extremely pleased and have referred many to Quality Services.

  • Honesty, intelligent, professional We had a window that wouldn’t close properly for over 20 years. We tried contacting other window companies and never got a response. I saw their name in a local shopper and when I contacted them Steven, the sales manager, travelled from Spring Grove to Belvidere to assess our needs. I anticipated having to buy a new window, but he was able to recommend a new hinge that would solve our problem for a fraction of the cost of a new window. His team was at our house a few days later and eliminated the gap. They will be back to install a new locking mechanism once it is available. We’ve had a lot of work done on the house this year, but we’ve never encountered a team as competent as this company. I almost wish that we had more business to offer them

  • Quality Services and Repair sent two Service Technicians out to repair and install 3 casement windows in my condo. Service Tech Raymond Valek took the lead with another young man and between the team I was very satisfied with their knowledge, their skills with rebuilding window sashes that had completely rotted and their professional workmanship. Both technicians were extremely friendly, polite and focused on their work which are pleasant qualities to witness in todays world! They both worked together as a team and got the job done to my satisfaction. They even allowed me to watch over their shoulders just because I like to learn new things! I am very pleased with these two technicians and will be calling Quality Services and Repair again! I and my brother own additional properties in Rockford, and will be calling for pricing on replacing old single-pane windows in two homes! I will definately let everyone I know about Quality Services & Repair!
